Which securitisation liability cash flow models are available on Global Portal?
Global Portal (www.globalportal.io) provides access to liability cash flow models by securitisation issuers which use Moody's Analytics to comply with Bank of England (BOE) and/or Simple, Transparent and Standardised (STS) transparency requirements.
How does Global Portal enable compliance with BOE and STS requirements?
BOE and STS transparency rules for securitisations / asset-backed securities require a liability cash flow model to be made available upon closing and on an ongoing basis. Global Portal addresses this requirement whereby Moody's will model the applicable transaction and make it available to investors and other relevant parties free of charge. When accessing the model, investors and other parties are able to run cash flow projections as applicable. In addition, under BOE requirements, securitisation issuers can use Global Portal to store their transaction data & documentation. Learn More

You can store loan-level data, prospectus / offering circular, investor reports / trustee reports, and other deal documentation on Global Portal to comply with BOE requirements. With regards to STS requirements, Moody’s Analytics collaborates with the European DataWarehouse (EDW), which can be used as the securitisation repository for your deal data and documentation.
