SYDNEY, Australia –  Moody’s Analytics, a global provider of analytical tools and risk assessment capabilities, today announced a further tailoring of its ABS Suite Plus solution to better serve the needs of the Australian & New Zealand markets.

Moody’s Analytics’ ABS Suite Plus is a software solution for end-to-end structured finance administration and analytics. ABS Suite Plus improves process efficiency, mitigates operational risks, enables scalability across asset classes and transaction types, and automates manual tasks.

Going forward, any new implementation of ABS Suite Plus in Australia or New Zealand would benefit from the following:

• Region-specific implementation approach, which accounts for servicing systems and other infrastructure commonly used in Australia and New Zealand, as well as the specifics of local capital markets
• Region-specific data mapping approach, which takes into consideration data points common to Australian and New Zealand assets
• Region-specific reporting templates, including those addressing regulatory disclosure requirements by the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) and Reserve Bank of New Zealand (RBNZ)

In addition, for those Australian and New Zealand institutions that plan to access overseas capital markets, ABS Suite Plus can be configured to enable compliance with:

• the European Securitisation Regulation, including European Securities & Markets Authority (ESMA) reporting
• the US SEC Regulation AB II (Reg AB II) asset-level requirements as well as Rule 17g-5
